PDPW Day 1 Berlin

We dove right into our trip regardless if anyone slept a wink on the plane.  We picked up our city tour narrator and we were off to do a blur of Berlin via bus.  I was amazed at the history and the architecture of all the buildings.



The Berlin Wall was so amazing to see and know the history.  1989 wasn't that long ago and for a country to be divided until this time was shocking to see.   I couldn't imagine back in 1961 when families were separated and not knowing the next time they would see family again. 



We drove past what is now the museum of Checkpoint Charlie



This was an amazing memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe

Our Bus tour was swift and full of so much information and lack of good photos.  It was definitely a city full of history and stories.
